DOTUN ARIFALO is a tested and proven voice in the world of empowerment, where she has served as a world changer for over 20 years.
Dotun has started several thriving organizations through her strong leadership capacity, vision and ability to help people discover their potentials and harness them.
She has trained and equipped thousands of people, who has gone on to initiate change in their own spheres of influence, in various industries such as business, career, personal productivity and in the non-profit sector.
Her confident, no-excuse, yet compassionate and warm personality have endeared many to her mentorship and trainings from different continents of the world where her influence speaks loudly.
She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Leading Ladies Foundation.
Founder of the Leading Ladies Business Network LLBN. The Dean of Leading Ladies Business Institute LLBI, to name some of the organizations she pioneered.
Her passion is to help everyday people DISCOVER, DEVELOP and DEPLOY their innate power, potentials and possibilities, transforming them into extraordinary beings, capable of creating their own dreams and helping others to do same.
Dotun is a visionary and a change catalyst with a strong drive to build leadership networks, lead, train and mentor emerging leaders.
She is an ordained minister of the gospel with a passion for missions, a drive for church planting and for raising kingdom leaders.
Dotun is married to her vision partner, Vincent, with whom she has three extraordinary children.
